Great Location and Comfortable Stay

The hotel is located directly across from the beach, providing easy access. I found the two comfortable queen beds perfect for my stay (the bedding felt great). The location allows convenient walking access to nearly every restaurant and shop. The staff was friendlier than I anticipated.
The room had a generic design with minimal local artwork. I expected more unique decor.

The hotel restaurant has a bar. There is a diverse range of options a mile down the road at other hotels and shopping areas (convenient for dining variety). Breakfast service was friendly and efficient.

The bellman and pool bar staff were very cool and attentive. Front desk staff were efficient. I found the staff to be more helpful than I anticipated (very pleasant experience).

the pool had many loungers and couches available it made it easy to relax i enjoyed the restaurants located on site momosan served delicious ribs the car rental service in the hotel was convenient it offered hassle-free drop off.
the hotel was beautiful the room had a nice view the children near our cabana were noisy they ran around and screamed the kids dropped food into the water this food floated under our seating area i think there should be noise standards for cabana rentals.

My check-in was smooth. I was greeted warmly. i found the entire hotel clean, which i deeply appreciated. i especially loved the convenient poolside bar. It was perfect.
the music at the pool was a tad loud, difficult to fully relax at times.

The location is quite good with easy access to beaches and shops.
The room I got was a letdown. It felt very small. The bathroom was especially tiny. I nearly had to stand on the toilet just to shut the door. I found this frustrating given the overall cost.

the location was good. it was an easy walk to the beach. the walk in shower was not the old shower/bath setup. facilities were okay, like the laundry service and recreation deck with yoga.
i paid extra for an upgrade to a better ocean view room. this got me from a 10% ocean view to a 30% ocean view. you can't keep the sliding door open as birds fly in.
